The problemA clothing store lives or dies on two things: how the product looks on screen, and how fast someone gets an answer about sizing. Most small stores here get the first half right and the second not at all.
What was builtWordPress and WooCommerce on the Astra theme, deliberately with no paid page-builder licence, so there is no renewal to forget and no plugin holding the store hostage.

This is the part of Mectrax that is not a website. Take a process a person repeats, and hand it to a system that does not get tired, does not forget the fifth follow-up, and does not clock off at six. Chat is the surface most people picture, because it is the easiest one to show. It is one of about six.

Built for businesses that have to quote before they can sell: consultants, agencies, installers, real estate. It qualifies the enquiry, then builds a case file beside the conversation, so the human picks up a briefed lead instead of a cold one.
A study abroad enquiry, screened in Roman Urdu because that is how the applicant actually writes. The panel on the right fills itself in as the answers arrive, and the thread ends by handing a briefed lead to a human rather than dumping it in a form. Dr. Saab
A study companion for Pakistani doctors sitting FCPS Part-1, built as a study partner rather than another question bank. A large MCQ set plus a knowledge base drawn from medical textbooks, with retrieval grounding every explanation it gives.
My side is the build and the data engineering. Medical judgement sits with a doctor partner.
Asked for pathology MCQs on a topic, answered wrong on purpose. The correction quotes the textbook passage it came from, in brackets, every time. Same retrieval layer as the store agent, pointed at a medical library instead of a product catalogue. Click for the full exchange.
